We are constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for our users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services (or any features within the services) to you or to users generally at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.

3. Use of the Services by You

You agree to use the services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

4. User Data & Confidentiality

As an employee using the retail middleware, you will access sensitive information relating to customer hardware repairs. You strictly agree to adhere to your localized data protection mandates and confidentiality clauses set forth in your primary employment contract.
