Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy details exactly how our application handles your employee information and customer data input during the repair process.

1. Employee Data We Collect

We only collect information necessary for maintaining secure operations within the service center.

  • Your generated authentication tokens and Employee ID.
  • System logs tracking actions (such as starting or completing a repair).
  • Metadata about your connection to ensure the integrity of our network.

2. Customer Data Processing

As an employee, you will routinely enter customer PII (Personal Identifiable Information) into this application. Our systems automatically classify this data and restrict its visibility only to authorized technicians assigned to relevant tickets. We strictly do not share or sell this data to external ad vendors.

3. Data Retention

Log data and authentication tracking is securely stored inside isolated tenant databases and backed up for 90 days. We employ strict rotation policies and will permanently sever historic logs thereafter to comply with privacy regulations.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account. Doing so will decouple your hardware access and immediately revoke portal privileges. However, your activity logs connected to customer services may be anonymized but retained for compliance and auditing purposes.
